At Wednesday's quarterly recognitions ceremony, dance instructor Mekhael Srour of Mystic's Fred Astaire Dance Studio was given the first place "guest getter" award.
The ceremony, which gathered 55 of the region's Fred Astaire Dance Studio teachers, was held at the Mystic Hilton on Coogan Boulevard.
"I am so happy to share my love of dancing with new students," said Srour.
