Stonington Republican Town Committee Is Seeking To Fill Three Open Vacancies

The Stonington Republican Town Committee is seeking to fill three open vacancies.  Two of these vacancies are for registered Republicans that reside in the 5th Voting District and one vacancy is for a 4th Voting District resident.

Long standing Stonington Republican Town Committee member Ed Sullivan of Mystic recently passed away, creating one of the vacancies.

Any registered Republican that has an interest in becoming a member of the Committee should contact Stephen Bessette at 860-245-1798 for more information.

The Committee is also seeking registered Republicans that have an interest in serving the community on various elected Boards.  With the Fall Elections just months away, the nominating committee is accepting letters of interest for positions on the Board of Selectman, Board of Education and the Board of Finance.

The SRTC meets on the third Thursday of the month in the Stonington Police Department Community Room.  All Republicans and guests are welcome.  Please see our Facebook page for more information; Stonington RTC.
