Each month the chamber will hold a luncheon, which will feature question and answer sessions exploring new features and uses of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more. The free luncheons are only open to members of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut. Registration is required and space is limited. 3. Stonington artist, Haley Lynn Smith, will be exhibiting selected work from her series on social media until Jan. 1, at the Madison Art Cinemas at 761 Boston Post Rd., in Madison.

“My art seeks to reveal man’s compulsive tendencies through an exploration of our often volatile relationship to technological advances, specifically social media," Haley Lynn Smith wrote. "My goal is to produce an environment, which urges the viewer to question the nature of connectivity. My hope is that after viewing my sculptures one will leave with a new perspective on Our New Relationship.”

The exhibit is free and open to the public.
