A Look At The Winter's Farmers Market At The COMO

During the sure-to-come doldrums of winter when a deep  frost or blankets of snow cover gardens, don’t forget there’s an oasis of winter market goods every Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Stonington Village Improvement Association’s Winter’s Farmers Market at the COMO.  Here’s a glimpse of what we recently found (and invested $20 on cheese, bread and spectacular oyster mushrooms and Japanese eggplant) at the market. For more information visit www.thecomo.org.
