Body Diction-Class for Performing Artists

 ,   Add to calendar
22 Bayview Ave Stonington CT 06378  See map

This class combines the performing arts with the exploration of functional movement, or what the developer calls, "movement truth".  This technique provides actors, dancers, and musicians with the skills to access and improve honest physical articulation on stage.  It deepens the performers ability to be physically present and comfortable when performing.  This technique uncovers and practices the ability to simultaneously and effortlessly integrate all three parts of the self:  the body, the soul, and the spirit, during performance.  The overall goal is to improve the artisan's craft and the impact the artisan has on the viewer.  No experience is necessary.  For ages 15 and up.  Instructor:  Lauryn Maloney-Feiler, BA, MFA.  Takes place at the Velvet Mills Artists Studios, 22 Bayview Avenue, Suites 130-131, Stonington, CT 06378

I agree. The bottom line is we're all defenseless if we are deprived of our right to bear arms. GunRead More restrictions do nothing to prevent criminals from getting and using guns. They simply impede law-abiding citizens from getting and using them to defend ourselves from the criminals. I don't want to be stuck at a gunfight with nothing more than a cell phone camera.
