July 26, 2012, Mystic CT…Emerson Theatre Collaborative (ETC) announces the production of Reginald Andre Jackson’s Bud, Not Buddy, directed by Ashleigh Drew and produced by ETC’s Camilla Ross.  Bud, Not Buddy, tells of a ten-year old boy, Bud Caldwell, an orphan in 1936 during the Great Depression. (Hop a train with Bud and join him on a compelling journey to find his father, find himself, and retain the memories of his mother. Rich with adventure and humor, Bud, Not Buddy is a coming-of-age tale for young and old alike.)

Performances run from July 26th   – July 31st, 2012 at the First United Methodist Church in Mystic, CT. Performance information and tickets for Bud, Not Buddy can be obtained by visiting www.EmersonTheaterCollaborative.org. Tickets are $25 for Seniors, $20 for Students and $15 for Children.  Special discounted tickets can be purchased at Mystic & Shoreline Visitor and Information Center in Olde Mystic Village.
