The Old Mistick Village Art Cinema and Johnny and the East Coast Rockers are inviting Stonington High School Students to join them on stage Thursday, May 17th at 7:00PM for “Chain Reaction,” a public concert to benefit the Stonington High School Friends of Rachel Club. Students will have an opportunity to join the band as a singer or musician or perform a solo during the concert.
Auditions for Stonington High School students are being held Wednesday, April 4th at 2:15PM and Thursday, April 5th 7:00PM in the SHS Choral Room. Students are to arrive at the scheduled audition time and be prepared to sing, or play, a song selection of choice. Selected students to perform with the band will also be provided with free coaching to help them best prepare for the live concert. This event is being sponsored by the Stonington Prevention Council, Stonington Human Services, Simply Majestic Jewelers and the Old Mistick Art Cinema.
