Improvisation Class

 Stonington-Mystic  See map

Tuesdays, April 3-May 22, 2012

6:30 pm-8:30 pm

at The Mystic Workshop * 40 Washington St * Mystic, CT

Improvisation is a form of theater based on the unknown. Without script or prop, using random suggestions and a loose “game” framework, performers create a scene on the spot.

In this first class, ‘Introduction to Improvisation,’ students will focus on presence, creating an environment out of thin air, and playing well with others through ensemble games and exercises.

And of course, we will laugh. All levels welcome.

No previous experience necessary. 18 and over.

8 week course = $120
