The La Grua Center's Spotlight series is proud to present:

Salt Marsh Opera
Family fun with Opera - A Family Concert.

An afternoon family concert hosted by Salt Marsh Opera's Executive & Artistic Director Simon Holt and Stage Director Nate Merchant.

Fun for all ages, children bring your parents, grandparents and friends. Spend an afternoon with professional opera singers learning about how an opera is produced and have the opportunity to participate in an opera.

Opera classics will be performed by Sarah Callinan, Erika Person, Michael Reder, Timothy Birt and accompanied by Cathy Venable. Children can sing along, dress up or win tickets to the company's upcoming production of La Sonnambula.

"This is a rare opportunity for parents to introduce children to opera in a fun, informal setting with their peers, " says Simon Holt.

Family Fun With Opera is free to the public and appropriate for children ages 7 to 13.
