Spring Fling Fiesta! - A 2-Day Open Studio Event hosted by Above Elite Studios in Westerly
Westerly, Rhode Island, May 4th & 5th — Arriba! Arriba! Spring is here and we are celebrating it in style at Above Elite Studios. Doors will open on Friday, May 4th from 5:30–9:00 p.m. with special performances by Brushfire (Kori Eryn & Kyle Rathbun), Mary & Judas Brooks and Providence singer/songwriter, Evan St. Martin! The FIESTA will continue on Cinco de Mayo (Saturday, May 5th) from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. This COLORFUL 2-day open studio celebration will take place at Above Elite Studios (over the Elite Dry Cleaners) – 181 Main Street, Westerly , Rhode Island.
Featured will be work by resident artists Laura Gaffke and Millie Donovan along with guests artists Jaclyn Altieri Murphy (jewelry), Joyita Neerkaje (mixed-media painter), Diana Sartor (printmaker) & Dora Szekely (silversmith/jewelry).
Attendees will enjoy a magnificent and affordable collection of works in acrylics, mixed-media, photography, and jewelry! Make new friends, stop by to say hi, chat with the artists, listen to great local musicians, start an art collection and SHOP for Mom (Mother’s Day, May 13th). This event is free and open to the public! Refreshments will be served.
