The Week Long Book Sale begins with a Preview Party Friday June 1 from 5 - 7PM. Admission is $5 and all books are 50% over marked prices. The sale continues on Sat. June 2 as part of the Spring Fair, from 9:30 - 2:30. The following week the sale continues during regular library hours on Mon. June 4 through Friday June 8, when most books are half price. On Sat. June 9 the sale will be held from 9 to noon, with a $5 bag sale. There will be books of all types and categories. Proceeds of the sale help the Friends of the Mystic & Noank Library support various programs at the library throughout the year.

They simply impede law-abiding citizens from getting and using them to defend ourselves from the criminals. I don't want to be stuck at a gunfight with nothing more than a cell phone camera.
