Farm + Vine Dinner
Providence’s Chef Matt Varga, from popular restaurant Gracie’s, prepares the final dishes for this year’s Farm + Vine Dinner. Gracie’s Executive Chef creates a selection of hors d’oeuvres and three-course dinner, which will be paired with wine selected by a guest wine expert. His menu will highlight the ingredients of a local farm. The Johnson & Wales graduate, in Providence, has worked in well-known Rhode Island restaurants, and today focuses on fresh, local and seasonally driven cuisine.
