Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Benjamin Sukle

Chef Benjamin Sukle, from The Dorrance in Providence, named “One of 11 to watch in 2011″ by Gail Ciampa of the Providence Journal, is February’s guest Chef for Ocean House's Farm + Vine Dinner. During his studies at Johnson and Wales, Chef Sukle developed his skills in kitchen throughout the country, including restaurants in Georgia, Washington D.C. and Colorado. After graduation he became Chef de Cuisine at La Laiterie in Providence, which earned a James Beard nomination during his tenure there. Before his current position at The Dorrance, Chef Sukle spent time in Noma, the number one restaurant in the world. On February 1st, he will prepare hors d’oeuvres and a three-course dinner highlighting Blackbird Farm, paired with cocktails.
