Farm + Vine Dinner with Chef Matt Gennuso
On April 4th,Chef Matt Gennuso, of Providence favorite Chez Pascal, brings his bistro-style cuisine to Seasons at the Ocean House. Chef Gennuso’s hors d’ oeuvres and three-course menu will highlight White Barn Farm in Wrentham, Massachusetts. To complement the cuisine, a selection of wines from Ferrari-Carano Vineyards will be paired with each course. Chef and Owner of the French-American bistro, Chef Gennuso graduated from the Culinary Institute of America, and then went to work in Holland. Back in the United States, he worked at Oliverto’s in Oakland, California, and Tom Colicchio’s Gramercy Tavern in New York City. Before opening his own restaurant in the East Side of Providence in 2003, he worked in Boston’s Hamersley Bistro and Pezza.
