To celebrate the unique history of Rhode Island the Ocean House's first four In the Kitchen dinners reveal the culinary traditions of the different cultures that have influenced the state's "food ways". In April, Ocean House Chefs celebrate Italian cuisine, which has had influence in the state since the turn of the 20th century. Using local ingredients, the Chefs will demonstrate how to prepare different recipes at Seasons’ Chef Counter, which will then be served as a part of a three-course menu paired with wines.
