Seafood Cooking Demonstration

Tuesday, July 10, at 5:30 p.m., at the Westerly Public Library, renowned local chef and cookbook author Normand Leclair will demonstrate mouthwatering preparations for mahi, calamari salad, and mushroom caps stuffed with scallops, with samples for the audience. His book, Culinary Expressions, will be available for purchase, or visit www.culinaryexpressionscookbook.com. For 33 years, Chef Leclair was the chef-owner of the Red Rooster Tavern in North Kingstown, RI. He is also the author of Chicken Expressions and Seafood Expressions. He now teaches, writes, and cooks dinner parties in private homes. His new cookbook, Culinary Expressions, shares his 50 years in the food industry with many interesting ideas for wonderful meals.
