Fuel Report: Lowest Gas Prices Around $3.78

Connecticut, the average gallon of regular gasoline costs $3.89, according to AAA's "Fuel Gauge Report," with the mid-grade at $4.06, premium at $4.18 and diesel at $4.15.
Things are bad, but could be worse: The highest-ever recorded price for a gallon of regular unleaded in the Nutmeg State was $4.39—on July 9, 2008.
