Fuel Report: Lowest Gas Prices Around $3.84

In Connecticut, the average gallon of regular gasoline costs $3.97, according to AAA's "Fuel Gauge Report," with the mid-grade at $4.12, premium at $4.24 and diesel at $4.18.
Things are bad, but could be worse: The highest-ever recorded price for a gallon of regular unleaded in the Nutmeg State was $4.39—on July 9, 2008.
