New Pastry Chef at Mystic Market. Yum.

Johnson and Wales grad, Felicity Mahoney-Gotta previously owned a boutique bakery in Gales Ferry.

Mystic Market East is proud to welcome pastry chef Felicia Mahoney-Gotta to its bakery. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI, Felicia has spent more than 20 years perfecting her craft. Prior to her arrival at Mystic Market, she worked in fine restaurants and opened her own boutique pastry shop in Gales Ferry where she spent her days making creative pastries and cakes.

Felicia brings her many talents to Mystic Market East, including her flair for wedding and special occasion cakes. She approaches each cake as a new creative project, meeting with each customer or couple so that their personalities are reflected in her unique designs. This kind of innovation and attention to detail has made her a long time favorite in the area.

Felicia has filled Mystic Market East’s shelves with sweet pies and artisanal treats like creamy almond cheese pastry and cinnamon biscuits. In the coming months, she plans on introducing a variety of gluten free desserts, which continue to be a community favorite.
