Mystic’s Oyster Club , but already the farm-and-ocean-to-table restaurant is making plenty of headlines.
On Friday, Jan. 13, 2012 The New York Times published a review of the Oyster Club calling executive chef, James Wayman’s cuisine “an adventuresome mix of cultures, borrowing in some measure from the ethnic groups that settled on the New England coastline.”
