Was Rice Spice Noodles. Now? You decide!

For now anyway, it’s the 4 Roosevelt Asian Bistro, but you may be the one to give the re-imagined new Asian-inspired eatery in Mystic its new name.
Back to that in a sec.
In the space formerly occupied by the popular Rice Spice Noodles, has sprung a new bistro owned by 4 Roosevelt that goes beyond Thai foraying into Laos and other Asian countries for traditional yet elevated cuisine from Chicken Larb (a Laos-style ground chicken dishes blended with lime and fish sauce) and Lad Na (the national Thai dish made with wide rice noodles in a soy gravy) to Green Curry Fried Rice and Pho, a Vietnamese noodle soup made with basil and bean sprouts.
The restaurant is open seven days a week and features an extensive menu. The décor, subtle yet bright, is accented by artwork from local artists, right now featuring the paintings of Jake Hertzler. While waiting for a liquor license, it's BYO at $3 per person.
Beginning June 1, folks can go to the Facebook page, 4 Roosevelt, and the website (which is not yet up) to suggest a name for the restaurant. The winner will see that name emblazoned on the signage and a $100 gift certificate.
That works.
4 Roosevelt is located at, well, 4 Roosevelt Avenue in downtown Mystic. Phone is 860-572-8700.
