This book is a simple straight forward approach to getting stronger, leaner and more flexible.  It hits the three most negleted areas of fitness:

  2. Corrective Exercises to balance out the body's imbalances and asymetries.
  3. Stretching which you know you should do but don't really spend the time to do!
