There is a 20 percent chance of precipitation this afternoon with winds around eight miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.
The risk of showers and thunderstorms rises to about 70 percent Friday evening. Thunderstorms are expected to produce gusty winds, heavy rain and lighting, according to the National Weather Service.
