Watch Mel's Downtown Creamery Make Their TV Debut
Mel's Downtown Creamery will be featured on Better Connecticut, WFSB Channel 3 on February 8th.
Eight scoops of ice cream, seven toppings, a banana, a warm brownie, whip cream and cherries. Called the Big Kahuna, the ice cream sundae serves four and is one of the most popular items on the menu at Mel’s Downtown Creamery.
And on Feb. 8, 2013, it and Mel's will make their TV debut. Mel's Downtown Creamery will be featured on Better Connecticut, WFSB Channel 3 at 3 p.m as part of the "Summer Getaway" segment.
"We will be making a BIG KAHUNA LIVE on the air," Mel’s Downtown Creamery owner Melanie Goggin said. "We are so excited for this opportunity to bring more awareness to our great town."
