Week In Review: Groundhog Day, Grand Jury, Super Bowl

I don’t know about you, but I’m tired. It was a busy week in Stonington, Mystic and Pawcatuck. Hopefully, you are preparing for a relaxing Sunday maybe getting ready to head to a to watch the game.

Also this week, a found there was no reason to indict any of the Westerly Police Officers involved in the arrest of Mystic’s Ryan O’Loughlin last year. O’Loughlin died not long after being released from police custody. Patch users weighed in on the decision on our website and on our Facebook page.
