Stonington, Mystic and Pawcatuck celebrated Flag Day this week. On a cold, rainy Tuesday Boy Scout Troop 76 conducted the annual raising of the flag ceremony at Following the ceremony the Mystic Flag Committee held their annual meeting where they discussed plans to restore the flagpole.

Deans Mill School postponed their Flag Day Ceremony until Wednesday due to the weather. On Wednesday, though, with music, poetry, dance, patriotic words and of course flags.

On Tuesday, June 21, eligible voters in Stonington, Groton, Ledyard and North Stonington will head to the polls for the democratic and republican primaries for Judge of Probate for the Southeastern Connecticut Regional Probate Court.
