Week In Review: Kitchen Little, Allegedly Intoxicated Middle Schooler, Rabid Fox

This was the week that seemed to never end. Does anyone else feel that way? Maybe it’s just because most of the week’s top stories on Stonington-Mystic Patch were continuations from the week before.

It all started last Friday, April 20. Friday evening the . On Saturday morning several residents called the with reports of a fox acting aggressively. Officers responded to the area and after finding the fox that continued trying to attack things and people in its vicinity an officer shot and killed the fox. Then on Monday we learned that the fox tested positive for rabies.

Friday was also the end to a week-long at and . It was also the day of the seventh and eighth grade school dance. The persistent rumor following the dance was that one student was intoxicated at the dance and several students reported seeing a drunk, sick student in the bathroom and later in the office with a police officer and other adults.
