Westerly's Amazing Race for the Relay for Life is back!!! Come have a great time out with your friends while supporting a fantastic cause- The American Cancer Society. This 21+ event will take teams on an Amazing Race type journey from the Regal Cinemas Stonington Ten to secret locations throughout the Westerly area where at each one, the team will have to complete some sort of challenge before receiving the clue to the next location. There may even be a roadblock or two throughout the route! Each team will race their way to the Andrea for the final team challenge and finish. Prizes will be given for the first place team as well as recognition for the "Best Dressed" and "Most Spirited" teams!!! Every participant who finishes the Race will get a free beer or glass of wine courtesy of the Andrea. Stay a little longer and enjoy half price appetizers, music and some great raffles!!!
Get your team together and register!!!! Teams can be up to six people. Pre-registration is not required but is encouraged as space is limited.
$10 per person if pre-registered
$15 per person the night of the Race
Each team needs a vehicle, a cell phone, and a camera to participate. This is a 21+ event but all challenges are appropriate for all age groups. Nothing too embarrassing, disgusting, or overly physically taxing. Just fun- we promise! Dress comfortably and don't forget, there is recognition given to the "Best Dressed" team so get creative!!!
100% of the proceeds go to the American Cancer Society!!!
