Cool and cloudy weather didn't stop the crowds from coming out to watch the 66th annual Westerly-Pawcatuck Columbus Day Parade Sunday.
The theme for this year's parade was "Commitment to Education" and featured several school groups. The Grand Marshall for this year's parade was the Most Rev. Paul S. Loverde, the bishop of Arlington, VA.
