Stonington Borough Property Sells for $425,00

A property on Tanner Court sold.

All dates are when the properties were recorded in Town Hall, often later than the day the property sold.

Price: $425,000
Seller: David Kozora and Philip Zwick of Hopkinton, R.I.
Buyer: Geffory and Katherine Fisher of New Hope, Penn.
