J. Leo Higgins, 93, of Pawcatuck passed away Tuesday Jan. 21. The Westerly Sun has a touching tribute to the well-known and beloved Pawcatuck pharmacist. 

According to Gaffney Dolan Funeral Home in Westerly, visitation is Friday Jan. 24 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. His service is set for Saturday, Jan. 25 at St. Mary’s Church, 95 Main St. Stonington at 11 a.m.
