Vegas, Raising Hope, Frontline

TV tips for Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2012

Vegas, 10 p.m., CBS

Old-fashioned in a way I can’t put my finger on, but I like it so far. Dennis Quaid needs to grimace less.

Raising Hope, 8 p.m., Fox

Great return! Loved Melanie Griffith’s ability to make fun of herself, even though we can’t tell if she thinks anything is funny because her face doesn’t move.

Frontline, 9 p.m., PBS (check listings)

“Choice 2012: An in-depth look at President Barack Obama and Republican presidential challenger Mitt Romney, including their campaigns, voter views on issues and possible changes the winner may bring to the White House.”

I agree. The bottom line is we're all defenseless if we are deprived of our right to bear arms. GunRead More restrictions do nothing to prevent criminals from getting and using guns. They simply impede law-abiding citizens from getting and using them to defend ourselves from the criminals. I don't want to be stuck at a gunfight with nothing more than a cell phone camera.

The unions are in support and wrote this bill with a couple of state representatives. Council 4 ofRead More AFSCME is fighting for this bill to pass for all those that work hard in the State of Connecticut. Any support would be great. Thank you.
