2nd Marathon Bomber Suspect Captured

Boston Police broke the news via Twitter: Suspect in custody. Police had the second suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing, Dzhokhar A. Tsarnaev, 19, of Cambridge, surrounded in a backyard in Watertown in a stand-off that ended shortly before 9 p.m. on Friday.
