Jesika Torres, 25, of 118 Brookside Lane Apartment 3 in Pawcatuck was charged with insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, improper use of marker and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Saul Quintana, 33, of 116 Brookside Lane Apartment 1 in Pawcatuck was charged with 2 counts of breach of peace.
Neechipog Lamphere, 28, of 116 Brookside Lane Apartment 1 in Pawcatuck was charged with breach of peace, improper use of marker, failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.
