A 14-year-old was arrested for failure to drive at a slow spped and driving a vehicle in violation of license classification.

Johen Nasuti II, 25, of 54 Baldwin Rd., in East Providence, RI was charged with improper use of marker and breach of peace.
James Cassidy, 68, of 610 Lantern Hill Rd., in Ledyard was charged with a stop sign violation and driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
