Stonington Arrests: Dec.10 to Dec. 17

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Dec. 10 and 16, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Dec. 13, 2012

Robin Skulczyck, 42, of 6 Ricky Lane in Oakdale, Conn., was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Norman Riley, 48, of 21 Huntington St., in New London, Conn., was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with emergency calls.

Dec. 12, 2012

Timothy Holdgate, 39, of 7 Cedar St., in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with first-degree burglary, sixth-degree larceny and manufacture or possession of burglar's tools.

Patrick Naylor, 23, of 220 Al Harvey Rd., in Stonington, Conn., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.
