Stonington Arrests: Feb. 14 to Feb. 18

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Feb. 14, and Feb. 18, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 18, 2013

Kendra Durfee, 19, of 75 1/2 Beach St., in Westerly, R.I., was charged with evading responsibility.

Feb. 17, 2013

Susan Loranger, 45, of 9 Aspen Rise in East Granby, Conn., was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and traveling too fast for conditions.

Erick DeLaCruz, 21, of 26 Moss St., Apartment 1 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, a STOP sign violation, motor vehicle violations, evading responsibility, driving a vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to drive right at a slow speed and two counts failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements.

Feb. 16, 2013

Nichole Espanol, 29, of 110 Rockwell Ave., Apartment 1 in New Britain, Conn., was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Luis Guzman, 35, of 110 Rockwell Ave., Apartment 1 in New Britain, Conn., was charged with breach of peace.

Feb. 15, 2013

Charlene Smith, 48, of 117 Pinewoods Road Apartment A in North Stonington, Conn., was charged with failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements and cancelled registration.
