Stonington Arrests: Feb. 21 to Feb. 24, 2013

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Feb. 21, and Feb. 24, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 24, 2013

Cristina DeMartino, 20, of 3B Beacon St., in Westerly, R.I., was charged with breach of peace.

Feb. 23, 2013

Jeanine Discuillo, 26, of 1090 Stanton Place in Myrtle Beach, S.C., was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Michael Brown, 39, of 292 Pendeleton Hill Rd., in North Stonington, Conn.., was charged with breach of peace.

Susan Ahlbord, 42, of 115 Juniper Drive in East Greenwich, R.I., was charged with interfering with an officer, first-degree criminal trespass and a fugitive arrest.

Russell Sheppard Jr., 27, of 304 Central Ave., in Norwich, Conn., was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Melissa Morrell, 26, of 301 Central Ave., in Norwich, Conn.,was charged with breach of peace.

Theodore Whipple, 48, of 128 Hewitt Rd., in Mystic, Conn., was charged with failure to drive a slow speed and driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Feb. 21, 2013

Marie Catanesse, 42, of 23 Swan St., in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.

Kenneth Peay, 52, of 80 Great Neck Rd., in Waterford, Conn., was charged with improper use of registration or license, failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements and driving and unregistered vehicle.
