Stonington Arrests: Feb. 25 to Feb. 27, 2013

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Feb. 25, and Feb. 27, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 26, 2013

Matthew Simonds, 25, of 9 Chase Oak Court in Groton, Conn., was charged with disorderly conduct.

Elizabeth O'Brien, 34, of 973 Pequot Trail in Stonington, Conn., was charged with falsely reporting an incident.

Kevin Branch, 22, of 68 Al Harvey Rd., in Stonington, Conn., was charged with breach of peace, interfering with emergency calls and second-degree unlawful restraint.
