Stonington Arrests: Feb. 28 to March 3

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Feb. 28, and March 3, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

March 2, 2013

Slywia Gustowska, 37, of 770 Turnpike St., in Stoughton, Mass., was charged with breach of peace.

Harry Dumond, 20, of 11 Jeffrey Manor Rd., in Oakdale, Conn., was charged with sixth-degree larceny.

March 1, 2013

Jeffrey Beliveau, 53, of 368 Grindstone Hill Rd., in North Stonington, Conn., was charged with first-degree criminal mischief.

Jeremy Gavitt, 24, of 77 Liberty St., Apartment 2 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny and first-degree false statement.

Lisa Krueger, 48, of 15 Avery St., Apartment 2 in Norwich, Conn., was charged with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

Amy Sarcia, 43, of 68 River Road, in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with failure to pay or plead.

Feb. 28, 2013

Brett Pupillo, 33, of 220 N Main St., Apartment 1 in Stonington, Conn., was charged with driving a vehicle with an refused or suspended registration in license, failure of insurance coverage to meet minimum requirements and driving an unregistered vehicle.
