The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Jan. 24, and Jan. 27, 2013. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Lenny Fayerweather, 24, of 98 W Broad St., Apartment 18 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with improper use of registration or license and driving an unregistered vehicle.
Rebekah Modderno-Napoli, 20, of 13 School St., in Mystic, Conn., was charged with breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree failure to appear. and third-degree criminal mischief.

Emily Grills,29, of 46 Liberty St., in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with fourth-degree larceny and illegal use of a credit card.
