Stonington Arrests: Nov. 1 to Nov. 4, 2012

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Nov. 1 and Nov. 4, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Nov. 4, 2012

Steven Jagoda, 23, of 25 Summit Rd. in Vernon, Conn. was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle and improper use of registration or license.

Nov. 2, 2012

Michael Pendleton, 48, of 100 W Broad St. Apartment 9 in Pawcatuck, Conn. was charged with criminal violation or protective order.

William Macvicar, 76, of 45 Sisk Drive Apartment 12 in Pawcatuck, Conn. was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment.

Alvin Pettini, 65, of 42 Deer Ridge Rd. in Old Mystic, Conn. was charged with breach of peace and third-degree intimidation based on bigotry.
