The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Nov. 5 and Nov. 11, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Matthew Scopino, 38, of 9 Cottrell St., in Stonington, Conn., was charged with improper use of registration or license, failure of insurance to meet minimum requirements, driving a vehicle with a refused or suspended registration or license and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.
Donna Tetreault, 53, of 446 Liberty St., in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence or drugs or alcohol and failure to drive at a slow speed.
