Stonington Arrests: Oct. 22 to Oct. 24

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Oct. 22 and Oct. 24, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Oct. 24, 2012

Andrew Spinner, 44, of 337 Shewville Rd. in Ledyard, Conn. was charged with interfering with an officer.

Matthew Chmielinski, 18, of 208 S Anguilla Rd. in Pawcatuck, Conn. was charged with conspiracy to commit assault in the third degree.

Oct. 23, 2012

Markary Marshall, 61, of 129 Norwich Turnpike Apartment 12 in Norwich, Conn. was charged with driving with a refused or suspended registration or license.

Thomas Lamy, 51, of Mystic, Conn. was charged with first-degree criminal trespass.

Bethany Roselle, 26, of 4 Blanchard Lane in Pawcatuck, Conn. was charged with illegal use of a credit card, credit card theft and sixth-degree larceny.
