The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between Sept. 24 and Sept. 26, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Steven Maccione, 21, of 4A Bobolink Drive in Westerly, R.I., was charged with breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, criminal violation of a protective order and interfering with emergency calls.
