Oct. 27

Jeffrey T. Fauquet, 29, of 40 Deer Ridge Road, Stonington, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Oct. 28

Zachary Modderno-Napoli, 23, of 13 School St., Mystic, was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs or alcohol, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

Robert S. Hemsley Jr., 51, of 256 Flanders Road, East Lyme, was charged with failure to carry minimum insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

John Casey Banks, 24, of 98 West Broad St., Apt. #1, was charged with three counts of violation of probation.

Oct. 29

Michael Charles Lorello, 37, of 251 Swan St., Providence, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and three counts of third-degree forgery.

Oct. 31

Kevin M. Rebein, 43, of 3 Maxson Road, Groton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Nov. 1

Jessica A. Sauer, 34, of 27 Saundra Drive, Westerly, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to register a motor vehicle.

Gregory A. Powelzyk, 46, of 181 Capstan Ave., Groton, was charged with failure to carry minimum insurance, improper use of marker plates, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Michelle W. Kannas, 32, of 6 Deer Ridge Road, Stonington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Nathan S. Kannas, 35, of 6 Deer Ridge Road, Stonington, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Stephen A. Payne, 45, of 4 Pigeon Hill Road, Hopkinton, RI, was charged with failure to register a motor vehicle, operation of a vehicle in violation of license classification, failure to carry minimum insurance and improper use of marker plates.

Caleb Scott Converse, 24, of 5 Velvet Lane Apt. #5, Mystic, was charged with operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to carry minimum insurance and failure to display marker plates.

Kayleigh Marie Cabral, 25, of 2 Stillman Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged with breach of peace.

Kerry Paul Swanson, 57, of 224 Lantern Hill Road, Old Mystic, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Matthew Bryan McCarthy, 26, of 85 Mechanic St., Apt. #2, Pawcatuck, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Nicole R. Ribeiro, 25, of 105 Brookside Lane, Apt. #5, Pawcatuck, was charged with improper use of marker plates, failure to carry minimum insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

Michael Beck, 26, of 671 Noank-Ledyard Road, Groton, was charged with criminal violation of a protective order.
