Eloise Quin, 69, of 8 Elm Place in Mystic, Conn., was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive right.
Charles Lathrop, 42, of 8 William P St., Apartment 2 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Ashely Hoffman, 31, of 8 William P St., Apartment 2 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Christopher Calhoun, 23, of 12 Bowling Lane in Westerly, R.I., was charged with interfering with an officer.
Seth Howard, 25, of 14 S. Broad St., in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with failure to drive right, driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and drinking while driving.
