The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between July 19 and July 22, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
July 21, 2012
Daniel Cullen, 36, of 12 Forrestal Drive in Westerly, R.I., was charged with third-degree criminal mischief.

Larry Miles, 61, of 121 Stephen Drive in Stonington, Conn., was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Thomas Arnold, 55, of 95 Georgewood Drive in Sommers, Conn., was charged with failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration, and two-counts of driving a vehicle with a refused or suspended registration or license.
