Stonington Police Log: July 5 To July 9

The following arrest information was supplied by the Stonington Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

The following arrests were recorded at the Stonington Police Department between July 5 and July 9, 2012. An arrest does not constitute a conviction and all are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

July 9, 2012

Justing Roberts, 24, of 45 Pawcatuck Ave., Apartment 4 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

July 7, 2012

Barry Kernozek, 34, of 1086 North Rd., in Groton, Conn., was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

John Elvira, 37, of 83 Pleasant St., Apartment 1 in Westerly, R.I., was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving a vehicle in violation of license classification and improper use of registration or license.

July 6, 2012

Victoria Debrie, 20, of 7 Cedar St., Apartment 1 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with breach of peace.

Shelby Lanoie, 18, of 7 Cedar St., Apartment 1 in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
