Scott Sears, 21, of 39 Timber Ridge Drive in Pawcatuck, Conn., was charged with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
Jason Bolduc, 33, of 77 Pleasant St., in Westerly, R.I., was charged with failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration, vehicle license violations and improper use of registration or license.
